I'd like to be a customer, but living in Ottawa, it seems I can't buy one or two blades without having them ship from Winnipeg, to BC, then east again with a significant lead time resulting.
I understand this is to save costs, but I wonder how much business you lose with this policy.

Je suis très reconnaissant pour le service et l'accommodation pour remplacer une commande qui aurait put être longue. Suite à l'échange la livraison à été rapide. Je ermecie le dévouement de l'équipe...
